Ankle & foot pain in general is no joke. If you’re struggling to walk and complete most basic daily tasks currently and have even higher aspiration in terms of running performance we need to re-build some basic function back into the foot/ankle complex. We don’t do this by doing 100’s of calf raises and smashing a lacrosse ball through our ‘tight fascia’. We improve the mechanics of the foot through detailed, but simplest execute rehabilitation which improves tissue tolerance, range of motion and allows us to earn the right to absorb and produce force through the whole lower limb complex, rather than the achilles/ankle & foot doing overtime.

This 6 week programme takes you through elements of mobility, foot mechanics, isometric loading, extensive & intensive plyometrics and promises to kill foot & ankle pain for good!
