Beginning with our world class Assessment & Movement screening we look to uncover the route cause of your issues and build out a specific rehabilitation improving all ket markers of physical, chemical & emotional stressors. With this in place we utilise graded exposure to ensure we tick all the boxes from a physical quality perseptcive relative to your goals and targets. This ranges form person to person, you could want to run a marathon, lift weights or simply get out of bed in the morning without pain. Our unique way of working means we can combine all elements of the Pain to Performance spectrum under one service to take you from Pain to Performance. Under this bracket we offer a variety of tools including including sports massage therapy, spinal manipulation, compression therapy, Red Light therapy & Mobility training alongside exercise prescription and programming to improve recovery, movement quality, maximise training performance, kill pain and improve overall health.
